DAY 1—TUESDAY 29TH MAY Registration at 8.30am

9am—Opening Address and Welcome CLEAN TECHNOLOGY
John Thwaites, Chairman, ClimateWorks Australia provides an overview of our changing environmental and economic climate, and why it is important to embrace Clean Technologies. ClimateWorks collaborate with industry groups, business, governments and the community to substantially reduce carbon emissions. Geelong is the first regional city in Australia to have developed a Low Carbon Growth Plan in conjunction with ClimateWorks, supported by Future Proofing Geelong.
INNOVATIVE CLUSTERS BUILD SUCCESS
Hear from industry cluster, networking and collaboration experts, explaining how these new business models and ways of working foster business success. ENERGY EFFICIENCY
How can we become more energy efficient? Global powerhouse expert, Siemens examine the various methods and latest technologies including measurement, monitoring and control systems, smart motors and HVAC solutions.
COGENERATION
Andrew Geary, National Sales Manager, TSF Engineering presents an overview of CoGeneration, TriGeneration and Government Incentives, illustrated by case study examples.
RENEWABLE ENERGY—SOLAR

RENEWABLE ENERGY—WIND

Ecowhisper present a local success story; working in collaboration with Geelong engineering company Austeng, Tony Le Messurier charts the progress from conception to launch of this virtually silent, yet extremely efficient 20kW wind turbine.

Low Carbon Australia present their solution for assisting industry to reap the benefits of clean technologies, for example in retrofitting buildings, upgrading motors, HVAC and refrigeration.

TIDAL AND WAVE
